The style ages well precisely because of its structure. The heavy outline holds the shape even as the colour fades, which is what separates it from colour work resting only on soft gradients.
The palette is chosen against skin tone in the studio, not against a drawing on a screen. The same red sits differently on light and on dark skin, and that is part of the planning rather than a note at the end.

What does Tamar do, and what less?
Neo-traditional and colour: a thick outline, saturated areas of colour and a silhouette that reads from across the room. Delicate fine line and large blackwork are not what she does, and there are other people here for both.
How is a price reached with Tamar?
Per piece, with the number of colour passes moving it more than the size does. Saturated colour needs a second pass and sometimes a third, and that is said in advance rather than discovered at the end. A small piece still has a minimum charge. A range comes back after a photo of the placement and of the skin tone, because the palette is chosen against it.
What does Tamar turn down?
Light colour on dark skin where the expectation is that it will look like the screen: she will explain what actually stays, and if that is not what is wanted she will suggest another direction. Also a cover-up that needs laser first — there the answer is to come back after a few sessions, not to agree now.
How long is the wait for Tamar?
About two weeks to a month, longer in season. A large colour piece is booked as two sittings from the start, because the second pass only happens once healing is finished.
